From what I now understand the relay for the trailer driving lights is embedded in the plastic of the central junction box and is likely fried, which means I need to replace the entire .Below is that diagram for the fuse box under the dash which is referred to as the central junction box. Do you have a WTS light when you first roll-on the key? If not, that's a good indication your PCM isn't getting power and, in the winter is often caused by the fuel heater (#30) fuse popping because it's shorted out. You could just unplug the heater if that were the case..
