I need a new Radiator core support for my 68 RS.. I see Goodmark, Auto metal direct, OER and Sherman Parts.. cost is all close enough. Is one better quality than the other? I've read reviews and they all get good reviews with a couple bad so all about the same. Thanks. '68 Camaro 454 +.030, T56 6sp 600hp/580tq. Aftermarket body panels, recommends. Need to purchase all sheetmetal for a 68 RS front end and decklid. Can anyone recommend the best or the worst fitting manufactuers of body panels. ie; goodmark, cars etc. You're going to spend a bunch making them fit anyway regardless of who makes them.

I have been cutting off original panels from my 69, roof skin, quarters, they all check at 19 gauge. I too agree with the 18ga. "Around" .040", remember the panel may not be the exact thickness everywhere after stamping, check several spots.
