Hopefully Ford can get it figured out. Just my two cents, it sort of sounds like there could be a flakey solder joint in the Smart Junction Box ( SJB) somewhere. Bad solder joints . The car is not having most any of the other common issues with the smart junction box (gauges, lights etc, all are working fine). The only possible exception being the factory . Water leaked into the smart junction box 3 months ago and I finally saved up to spend 00+ to buy a new SJB.
