I also tried 3-1/4" which seems a bit better but not as snug as I'd like. I might try going down to 3-1/8" but that size doesn't seem to be as readily available. I have a metal electrical junction box with different size knockouts. Can I repurpose the larger size knockout by drilling a smaller standard hole within the same larger knockout?
